On 16 August was the official announcement of Miss Grand US Virgin Islands 2023, The National Director Mr. Brian Javier crowned Heather Marie as Miss Grand US Virgin Islands 2023 in Saint Thomas, USVI. Heather is a 26-year-old model, actress, and pageant queen with a passion for Mental Health awareness. She currently works for an Interior Design Firm and is working towards obtaining her Real Estate License. She will also continue her advocacy work with her own organization “Crowned Confidant” to help and break the stigma that surrounds Mental Illness as she believes that it is the bases for stopping violence. Excited to bring the warmth of the islands to the international stage she will represent the US Virgin Islands at the 11th edition of Miss Grand International 2023 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam this October 25th. The Caribbean nation of the US Virgin Islands is making a comeback after five years since Morgan Evans participated in the Miss Grand International 2018 in Myanmar.
