New York, USA - Esther Swan Talent Director and Manager for the Miss Universe organization, who had been with the company for more than two decades, has resigned from the organization and will be there until the end of May. She has been the manager of many Miss Universe winners including Pia Wurtzbach, Catriona Gray, StefanÃa Fernández, Harnaaz Kaur, Zozibini Tunzi, and many more. Esther has been a mother figure to many Miss Universe winners who had given guidance during their reign including being an English teacher to non-English speaking ladies like Iris Mittenaere and Riyo Mori. She has always traveled alongside the Miss Universe winners during their international travels to take care of and look after the safety of the reigning winners. Esther has built a close relationship with most of the Miss Universe winners, especially with Pia Wurtzbach who had a special bond with Esther. Before working with the Miss Universe company, Esther graduated with a degree in Communications, Film & Television, Esther began her career at a major TV network. In 2001 she signed on with the Miss Universe Organization, working in the Public Relations Department. She was featured in the Uncovered: Hidden Lives of Miss USA 2006 documentary which Follows two contestants through the grueling three-week competition. Miss California, Tamiko Nash is a first-time contestant. Miss Florida, Cristin Duren, has competed in hundreds of beauty pageants since the age of 8 months. 51 beautiful women compete for the title of Miss USA 2006 and The Apprentice 2013 Episode 1.

This evening, Esther posted on her Instagram regarding her resignation without any detailed information. Since the change of leadership from IMG to JKN management many members of the Miss Universe organization have been removed from their positions without explanation. Despite working as the manager for many Miss Universe winners for over 20+ years, what could be the reason for such rush resignation?
