The 4th Edition of the Miss Universe Philippines 2023 beauty pageant under the Empire Philippines organization will be held on 13 May, 2023, at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Bay City, Pasay, Metro Manila, Philippines. Last year's winner Celeste Cortesi from Pasay City will crown her successor as Miss Universe Philippines 2023. The winner will represent the Philippines at the Miss Universe 2023 competition, which is scheduled to be held in El Salvador at the end of 2023. The Top thirty-eight official delegates took part in Photoshoot Challenge at the Miss Universe Philippines beauty pageant.
