Miss Brazil 2023 (Portuguese: Miss Brasil 2023), officially Miss Universe Brazil 2023 (Portuguese: Miss Universo Brasil 2023), is the 69th edition of the Miss Brazil pageant which will be held on July 19, 2023, and also the third under the new Miss Universe Brazil management. Mia Mamede of Espírito Santo will crown her successor at the end of the event. The winner will represent Brazil at the 72nd edition Miss Universe 2023 pageant in El Salvador, later this year. For the first time in the pageant's history, two transgender women Ariella Moura and Gabriela Botelho have been accepted to compete for the title of Miss Brazil 2023.

Distrito Federal: Maisha Castro
Maisa Castro, a 23 years old model from Distrito Federal. She is passionate about modeling and fashion. Maisa started working in the fashion industry at a very young age 6 years until now. When asked about what is that one thing she extremely adores about modeling, she told she loves how flexible it is. Her love for modeling gives her a choice and freedom to explore different places despite being judged for her body not being good enough for the fashion industry. Maisa added: “No matter how skinny, for the agencies, I was always fat. I needed to lose more and more weight. My wavy hair was too frizzy, my nose was too big, and my breasts were too small. In a family matter: they thought my job wasn’t a real or good job. In the beginning, they didn’t support my career and they thought it wouldn’t bring me anywhere.”

Goiás: Isabela Figueiredo Roque
She is an 18-year-old fashion model from Goiás. Isabela said: “I see the beauty pageant as an opportunity for me to get more doors to open in my job market! And also, as an 18-year-old girl, I can influence other girls from an early age to believe in their dreams!”

Mato Grosso: Bárbara Reis
Bárbara is 25 year old and stands at 180cm 5'11" tall from Sinop, Mato Grosso. She won the Miss Supranational Brazil title and she participated in Miss Supranational 2018 where she placed in the Top 10 finalists and was awarded Miss Americas Continental Queens of Beauty. Bárbara works as a content creator about fashion, and beauty and shows her lifestyle. An advocate of Uncomplicating Children's Sex Education - DESI Educational project focused on preventing and coping with sexual abuse in childhood.

Minas Gerais: Ariella Moura
A 25-year-old fashion model who stands at the towering height of 183cm 6 feet tall. She represented Brazil at the Miss International Queen 2020 where Mexico's Valentina Fluchaire was crowned as the eventual winner. Ariella finished as the 2nd Runner-Up at the international transgender beauty pageant based in Pattaya, Thailand. After her success at the international contest, she received much positive feedback from the global audience. Ariella is currently signed with ANT Model Management and she has worked for various big international brands in Asia, Europe, and the Americas.

Minas Gerais1: Gabriela Botelho
Gabriela is a transgender activist and works as a part-time model. She has graduated Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and is currently Fashion Design Student starting her lingerie brand. Gabriela works for women's empowerment and one of her social media posts states that how being a woman is a privilege and we should start embracing the fact that we are stronger than we think. She mentioned that women across the globe are linked to a series of challenges and barriers that together are gradually breaking down. Gabriela’s inspiration and role model is Malala Yusuf and quoting one of her quotes, she stated “I raise my voice, not so that I can scream, but so that those without a voice can be heard ... it is not possible to prosper when half the people are left behind. ” She is also a coordinator at NGO named NAACAO which works for social entrepreneurs.

Minas Gerais2: Manu Ramos
Manu is 24, a model and physiotherapy student, she was crowned as the winner of Miss Universe Teófilo Otoni 2023. It allowed her to represent her hometown on the national stage of Miss Universe Brazil 2023.

Minas Gerais3: Danny Silva
She is the title holder of Miss Santana do Paraíso 2023. Danny works as an Actress in training with Agencia OZ in eastern Minas Gerais state, Brazil.

Pará: Maria Cecília Nóbrega
A 23-year-old Psychologist graduate, she is the winner of Miss Universe Benevides 2023. Specialist in child behavior and fluent in the English language, Cecilia has been engaged in social actions since 2016, with the project "A kick against hunger" in her city and the "Adopt a smile" developed in Belém and the metropolitan region.

Pará1: Milena Gomes
Milena has finished her education with a Biologist degree from Universidade Federal do Pará and is an Entrepreneur of mgconfeitariaartesanal. The regional winner of Miss Universe Salvaterra 2023. A pageant veteran who has won several titles including Miss Cidade das Mangueiras 2018, Miss Beleza Marajó 2018, R.R. Astcemp 2019, and Miss Salvaterra 2020 respectively.

Paraná: Mylena Rodrigues
A professional Veterinary Doctor from the Federal University of Alagoas. The Federal University of Alagoas. Curitiba, Paraná, Brazil. She was awarded Miss Universo Cascavel 2022.

Paraná1: Mariana Becker
Mariana has a degree in Business Administration and acts as a professional model. Daughter of businessman Tarsízio Bonetti and teacher Márcia Becker, she was nominated for the title by the agency M'Star Connection, which owns the franchise. “At this time we will not have the municipal tender due to the time limit. So we chose to choose Mariana, a model from Beltrão, who brings together all the necessary attributes to not only represent Beltrão but to bring a great result”, explains the owner of M'Star and coordinator of Miss Universe Francisco Beltrão, Daiane Marder. She was awarded the title to compete in Miss Universe Paraná.

Rio Grande Do Sul: Andrieli Rozin

Andrieli is a 25-year-old actress, interchangeable with perseverance, a girl/woman from the interior of Rio Grande do Sul, she left home young at 16 to seek knowledge and training, always in pursuit of her dreams, she never loses her sweetness, the smile on her face, her humility and thirst to live. 24 years old from Rio Grande do Sul, Pisces sign, an artist since childhood, a dancer from 3 to 18 years old (traditional gaucho dances), started theater studies at 14 years old at Casa de Teatro de Porto Alegre, presenter on TV Pampa RS 2014/ 2015, Miss RS at Miss Brasil Mundo (working in social projects). Training in performing arts in São Paulo at the Anhembi Morumbi college, free courses in TV and cinema at Wolf Maya, fashion course, an acting technician for Theater, Cinema, and TV at Worl Maya SP and Rio. The first professional work took place in 2021, in the series Todo Dia a Mesma Noite, Netflix.


São Paulo: Carol Amaral
The dancer is a Journalism student and has been part of the Faustão ballet since 2018, in the extinct Rede Globo program “Domingão do Faustão”. Carol Amaral already worked as a pharmacy attendant when she was a teenager, from 14 to 17 years old. She was the queen of Salvador's Carnival in 2016, performed a season of shows in France with a dance company, and paraded as the drum queen of Camisa Verde e Branco, Carol is also a businesswoman and has a women's fashion store that bears her name " Carol Amaral Store”.

São Paulo1: Liandra Guimarães
She works as a professional commerical model.

São Paulo2: Camila Lanius
Camila Lanius is a model, and Eduardo Figueiredo is a photographer.
