 Miss Philippines wins Miss Globe Head-to-Head Challenge

Chelsea Fernandez from the Philippines impressed the panel of judges with her quick wit, articulation, poise and intellectual answers through strong communication skills during tough competition. Congratulations to the intelligent and beautiful Queens: Miss Philippines winner Head to Head Challenge. This important preliminary event was held on October 10 at the Diamma Resort in Durres, Albania.

Here is the winning answer she replied to this final question: Why should you be the next Miss Globe?

Answer: Well, I should be the next Miss Globe because I have the knowledge, to speak up for what is right and justice. I have the willpower to influence and empower people, especially the youth. It will always be a great honor and responsibility for me if I were to be part of the Miss Globe organization. I would definitely use this platform to influence people, especially the youth, so they could be their own leaders. So, they can speak up for their voices and take up space in our society. Thank you.

The 1st Runner Up was Miss UAE Anamaria Babau, 2nd Runner Up was Miss USA Cleopatra Jones, 3rd Runner Up was Miss Colombia Sofia Donado, and 4th Runner Up was Miss Ghana Prisca Abah. Top 10 finalists included Miss Albania Drita Ziri, Miss Canada Serenity Davis, Miss Costa Rica Nella Cheves Sereno, Miss Estonia Sirel Saad and Miss Thailand Thanawan Wigg.

The Top 20 semi-finalists included delegates from Germany, Japan, Latvia, Malaysia, Montenegro, Nigeria, North Macedonia, Poland Taiwan, and Ukraine for this Head-to-Head Challenge. The grand final coronation night of the Miss Globe 2022 final will be held this Saturday, October 15, 2022, from Tirana, Albania and it will be live telecast on the official the Miss Globe Youtube Channel.

On the same event, Miss Spain Aida Lozano was crowned as the winner of Miss Talent after presenting a wonderful talent performance where she showcased her acrobatics skills through a flawless presentation receiving a total of 25 points. The 1st Runner-Up was Miss Brazil Heloisa Godinho with 23 points, and the 2nd Runner-Up were Miss Venezuela Argi Annisil, Miss Ghana Prisca Abah, Miss Costa Rica Nella Cheves Serano, and Miss Albania Drita Ziri tied with 21 points respectively. The talent show was hosted by the outgoing Miss Globe 2021 winner Maureen Montagne from the Philippines.
